Shipping policy
*Please insure your package with our PACKAGE PROTECTION POWERED BY ROUTE, if you don’t choose this option please be aware we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, seized, or stolen packages.* We are unable to change an order once it has been placed. If you need your order changed, we will have to cancel your entire order and process a refund. To cancel an order, please contact info@firstinflighthemp.com

We use USPS and or UPS for shipping.

SHIPPING POLICY 

We offer free shipping on packages over $100! All orders will be processed within 1-5 business days (holidays excluded). Currently we work Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm. It is up to the purchaser to know the laws in their state. First In Flight Hemp holds no responsibility for lost, seized, or stolen packages once shipped. No Military addresses (AFP’s) are allowed and no active service members can purchase from us.  All items are carefully packaged for extra safety whilst in transit. 

 

ORDER TRACKING

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

 

SHIPPING/HANDLING RATES

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping/handling will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

 

BACK ORDERS

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING 

We thoroughly inspect all our shipments carefully before mailing and take proper precautions to secure the product carefully however, we understand that during the transport process packages are subject to damage.  Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72 hours of arrival to Route. Please contact Route, and us, and provide information of the damage so we can view your coverage options and rectify the situation. 

 

Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled prior to shipping will receive a full refund. If we receive a cancellation request prior to shipping, we are able to cancel your entire order and process a refund. To cancel an order, please contact {insert first in flight email} . Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping. 

 

Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed
WNC CBD upholds the highest standard of quality for all of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is manufactured and shipped in perfect condition. But, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any items within 14 days of receiving said items (opened or unopened), and we will gladly inspect the quality of the products upon arrival and determine if a replacement, exchange, or store credit is due. To qualify for a replacement, exchange, or store credit, requests need to be made within 14 days of receiving product.

Upon receipt of returned items, we will inspect the contents of the order to determine if a replacement, exchange, or store credit is warranted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR A RETURNED ITEM?

After we receive the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. It takes between 1 and 5 days to complete the return process. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 1 to 5 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Both parties agree that any disputes arising out of these terms of sale or return policy shall be handled in the state and or federal courts in North Carolina. First In Flight Hemp always heat seals raw hemp materials. If it appears that your product is no longer heat sealed, and has been opened, First In Flight Hemp is no longer responsible for the contents inside of the packaging. Notify us as soon as possible if it appears the packaging has been tampered with.
